Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Premier Edge Knife Sharpeningwebsite (“Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Description of Services

Premier Edge Knife Sharpening provides professional knife sharpening services using Japanese whetstone techniques. Our services are available to residents and businesses in the Greater Atlanta Area. Service descriptions, pricing, and turnaround times listed on the Site are estimates and may vary based on the condition, type, and quantity of knives submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any knife that we determine is unsafe, damaged beyond repair, or unsuitable for whetstone sharpening.

Service Disclaimer

While we take the utmost care with every knife entrusted to us, knife sharpening is an inherently physical process. Results may vary depending on the knife’s condition, steel quality, blade geometry, and prior maintenance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that sharpening will restore a knife to factory-new condition.

Knives with existing chips, cracks, bent tips, or structural damage may not be fully repairable. We will assess the condition of each knife and communicate any concerns before proceeding with work.

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Knives are inherently dangerous tools. By using our services, you acknowledge that sharpened knives carry an increased risk of injury if handled improperly. Premier Edge Knife Sharpening is not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of knives sharpened by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Premier Edge Knife Sharpening, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
